TissueFlyer™ is the new, advanced evolutionof the SSB concept developed by the Cristini Research team.
The surface of TissueFlyer™ is engineered to give the best possible sheet planarity, FSI sheet retention and formation & dewatering capacity. These qualities have a direct effect on the paper surface having a strong impact on creping at the Yankee. The compact design guarantees the maximum planarity and the absence of water and fibres carrying. The open structure allows a controlled drainage whilst the long floating yarn on the roll side ensures high potential life.
TissueFlyer™ is applied on all tissue machines from inclined table to twin wires and crescent formers.
Available on request: ultrasonic cut reinforced edges, ultra high wear resistance nanotechnology lifelines.
