MicroPrexx™ combines ultra-high density with compression controlled battfor high nip dewatering efficiency.

The high batt fibre diameter plus the ultra-high density Polyamide 6.0 ensure the best elastic response in the nip.This increases resistance to chemical degradation by a permanent self cleaning of the felt in the nip.
MicroPrexx™ is designed for demanding positions on high speed graphical paper machines with high specific load, high water load and where surface wear resistance is critical.

Available on request: TriAxial™ high density PA 6.0 fibers, QuadraTech™ flat fibers and Interface™special anti pilling polymeric surface layer.
