The Essentialďż˝ family, ESB (Energy Saving Binding),by Cristini offers ALL MD yarns identical in diameter for a very stable fabric and NO elongation.

Essentialďż˝ offers high wear resistance due to the binding yarns being 100%
protected inside the design. This allows for the optimisation of both paperside and machineside surfaces. The Essentialďż˝ fabrics family gives cost reduction from increased forming fabric life and dimensional stability. An open structure with a well balanced Fibre Support Index is optimised for a uniform dewatering.

Essentialďż˝ is ideal for pulp machines , whatever the grammage produced and the speed of the machine.

Available on request: ultrasonic cut reinforced edges, ultra high wear resistance nanotechnology lifelines.
